Woes dogs

A friend at work is having a lot of trouble with her dog. It makes me sad to hear how things have really gotten out of hand. I know that it has been mostly her fault for not providing routine and rules, but the dog was thrust upon her by friends who left the country, and she really does love it despite not being able to control it. I think she needs to give it up to someone who can manage it a lot better (not us!) and hope that it can get a good, permanent, home like Hershey's previous owners did...
